The Neyer tradition for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail began in 1894 when Joseph Neyer formed a carpentry construction company in Cincinnati, using skills taught to him by his forefathers in Germany. The company, and its reputation, grew steadily through the decades, with the construction of commercial, industrial, retail and institutional buildings, including many Cincinnati schools and churches.

In the early 1960's, the Neyer family complemented its construction knowledge with land development, introducing innovative design/build capabilities. Clients seeking new, expanded or redeveloped facilities could now benefit from the convenience of development, financing, design, and construction from a single, proven source.

By forming Neyer Properties in 1995, Dan Neyer followed in his great grandfather's entrepreneurial footsteps. Dan's vision is to transform the real estate landscape within our community by providing a unique approach to enhancing the value of local real estate assets.

Leveraging the insight and experience gained by developing over 3,000 acres of land and hundreds of building projects, we continue to evolve and expand.
